Techpro Service Pay Per Service Call and Installation Pricing

Customers pay a flat fee each time the ATM requires a service call. This service covers labor only.

Monitoring ATMs are offered for 28.00 per ATM monthly. 24-7 Monitoring consists of managing customer dispute phone calls, error code monitoring, cash out notification, 1st and 2nd line service notification, and *response.

Call for a customized monitoring program that will best fit your needs. *(Field service is not included in monitoring price) Discounts for large portfolio contracts.

TECHPRO SERVICE MONTHLY CONTRACT PRICING

If you prefer to be on a monthly contract for field technical services, you can choose TechPro's fixed monthly service contract. A monthly service fee of 49.00 per unit for ATM contract pricing is ACH Debited from the Customer. A monthly service fee of 89.00 per unit for Kiosk contract pricing is ACH Debited from the Customer. TechPro provides all levels of field technical services for off-premise ATMs. The two pricing scales above show the different rates offered. You choose the level of service you want for your ATM or Kiosk, and we add it to your master service agreement. Contract pricing constitutes a minimum of 10 units/locations.

The service call may be subject to a $99.00 trip fee when travel to the site and the job isn't ready for service within the 50-mile call, additional cost when over 50-mile service call. $75.00 trip fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled call.
